Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website, what they do, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 10 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales

1. Introduction

Mrixton & Co("Mrixton & Co", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://mrixton.com. This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, we must tell you what we use, why, and how you can control non-essential technologies. Similar transparency and consent rules may apply if you visit from the EEA or other jurisdictions.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that store or read information on your device.

We group them as follows:

  • Strictly necessary — required for core functionality, security, or to remember a choice you explicitly make (for example, cookie preferences);
  • Analytics / performance — help us understand how the Site is used and how it performs;
  • Functional — remember preferences that improve experience but are not strictly required.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data for mrixton.com in your browser, or by using the "Cookie settings" control in the Site footer, which re-opens the banner.

5. How to manage cookies

You can control cookies through:

  • our on-site cookie banner and footer "Cookie settings" link;
  • your browser settings (block, delete, or restrict cookies);
  • industry tools where available (note that browser "Do Not Track" signals are not consistently standardised).

Blocking all cookies may affect Site features, including form continuity and preference storage.

6. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
